Our factory established in the year 1998 with more than 27 years production experience, the area of our factory is roughly 67,000 square meters,one factory specialized in producing Raschel mesh bag,another factory specialized in producing PP woven bags, the value of our fixed assets is more than USD3,500,000. Our factory owns advanced production line of extrusion, circular woven(more than 200 circular woven machines), knitted machines,color printing, lamination, blown film, gravure printing, bag sewing etc. We can do max. 6 colors flexo printing and the printing oil we used is environmental. No matter the flexo printing or BOPP film printing, both are clear and beautiful, both are warmly welcome by our customers. Our current output is approximately 8,000 tons for PP woven bags and 2000tons for mesh bags annually , more than 75% products are exported to abroad. Rich production experience, strong technical strength, perfect quality management system made us passed FSSC22000, ISO22000, ISO9001 certificate quickly.

Workshop Display
With 6 bag monofilament drawing production lines, we can ensure sufficient filament supply for more than 200 circular woven machines and 20 knitting machines.
More than 200 circular woven machines and 20 knitting machines working at the same time can produce up to 800 tonnes bags per month.
6 sets of flexo printing and 6 sets of BOPP film printing production lines working at the same time,and we have also introduced advanced equipment that integrates automatic printing, cutting and sewing, which has greatly improved our production efficiency and enables us to complete customer orders and deliver goods at the fastest speed.
These automatic cutting and sewing equipments have greatly increased the production speed and reduced the labor cost. After these bags are produced on a large scale, the procurement cost of customers has been actually reduced, bringing considerable benefits to our customers.
